Warning! A positive post about COVID-19! (If this pandemic makes us concentrate more on air purity, we’ll have gained something)
We are delighted to announce that the technology we employ in our Volante Puro device has been independently tested in the United States, and demonstrated to inactivate the SARS-CoV-2 virus by 99%.
This is not a surprise, frankly, given that the technology does the same thing to the SARS-1 virus, but it is great to get confirmation.
The technology was tested in a fire truck application, where first responders are delivered clean and pure air. Here is a video showing the technology in action:
